Your studio, from a chat window.

Once connected, the assistant can do what the studio does: write a script for a subject, cast your saved characters, render the film, fix one scene without re-rendering the rest, plan a film as a storyboard before spending anything, re-score or recut a finished video, and publish it to your YouTube channel. Renders still run on your own workspace and cost the same credits they would from the studio; the assistant always shows you the scene list and asks before queueing one.

Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http imanginable https://app.imanginable.com/mcp. Everything else takes the address in its MCP settings; the first use opens the studio's Allow page. A client that can only launch a command uses the Imanginable agent once it is installed: imanginable mcp — no address and no token to copy.

A chat window has no files of its own: a picture you attach to the chat, or one the assistant draws there, never reaches the studio. So the studio brings its own doors into the chat. Ask to upload a file and a small picker opens right in the conversation (ChatGPT and Claude): choose your face, your dog, a product, a start frame or a recording of your voice, and it lands in your workspace with the id the assistant needs. And whenever the assistant looks at a picture — a cast member, a frame, a storyboard — the same picture is shown to you in the chat, full size, never redrawn. Where a picker cannot show, a link works too — a Google Drive or Dropbox share link set to “anyone with the link”, or any picture on the web. From Claude Code, an IDE or the Imanginable agent, a plain path on your computer works as well.

Connecting opens the studio's Allow page in your browser: sign in with Google, read what the assistant will be able to do, and allow. No password or key is typed into the assistant. The connection then appears under API tokens on your account page, named after the assistant; revoke it there to sign that assistant out immediately. A chat assistant's key renews itself every day and is retired the moment you revoke it.

A connection works while your plan is active. If your workspace lives on your own computer, the studio has to be running there — the assistant tells you when it is not.
